Car horn Paaarp, you have indeed heard a car horn! Tintin is trapped into this car towed by the tow truck so called Luxor. Tintin honks the horn and wishes to get out of there! The passenger asks the driver to stop to check the car’s horn. This tow truck does not correspond to any model produced by any car maker at that time. However if we look carefully we can detect some similarities with a the Matford V8-75. That was a commercial truck launched by Ford on the French market three years after merging with the French car maker Mathis in 1934.
